THE OA PILOT PROGRAM

If you are on this page, that means we have already completed a discovery call regarding the Outside Activities Pilot Program and how it may very well be an excellent fit for your company. It also means that you and your leadership team want to be proactive in impacting the physical and mental wellness of your employees AND of their families. We can’t wait to partner with you and be a part of that impact.

We wanted to review with you a few of the key elements of the OA Pilot Program, specifically, the exclusive price structure for OA Pilot Program participants, the regions in which those activities will be available for the pilot, the available activities, and the basics of the OA onboarding process.

PRICING

The EXPLORER level, OA’s entry-level offering, will be available January 1, 2023 for companies along the West Coast at a rate of $300 per employee per month. However, OA Pilot Program participants have the opportunity to join at a rate of $200 per employee per month…and that rate will be locked in for the life of the contract. That’s a massive rate reduction to be some of the first organizations to embrace this concept.  This offer is available for activation through Friday, December 23, 2022.

REGIONS

The OA Pilot Program will be available in the following regions:

  • Pacific Northwest

  • Northern California

  • Southern California

Regardless of an employee’s office or home location, they will be able to take advantage of all available activities across all regions. In addition, as OA expands to more and more regions across the country, OA Members will be able to take advantage of activities as they travel to those regions as well. 

 

ACTIVITIES

Based on region and season, OA Pilot Program participants have access to equipment partners who will facilitate the following activities with just the click of a button...

 

ONBOARDING

The OA onboarding process very much mirror our overall value proposition: simple and efficient. When you’re company is ready to become a member of the OA Pilot Program, the following will happen:

  1. You will receive an on-site visit from OA Team Members so we at OA can learn more about your company and its culture and finalize paperwork with you in person.

  2. You will send out an email, prepared by OA, to each of your team members with instructions on how to activate their membership on the OA App. This email will also provide the benefit go-live date for your company.

  3. Shortly before going live, you will receive another visit from OA to host an all-employee meeting. At that meeting we will go over the details of the program, explain the customer service process, provide training on the app, assist employees in completing their app sign-up as needed…and make sure they all leave with some great OA swag both for them and for their families. The swag is the big reminder for them to GET OUTSIDE.
